Pros
Great place for learning as long as that is your goal. Unfortunately, they keep learning the same lessons over and over again.
Cons
They are in serious trouble and management is disingenuous with employees. They rarely learn from their mistakes and lessons don't transcend their four main businesses. They have a lot of trouble successfully executing projects. There is a lot of us vs them outside HQ in Kulpsville.
