Pros

Nice compensation and benefits, consistent focus on continuous improvement

Cons

HR makes decisions regarding all hirings and firings, not the managers of the department. You are only as good as your last mistake. Strong culture of finger pointing and blame. GT hires mostly engineers/ black belts even though they don't have an ounce of management skills or experience. We now have a company full of management with no emotional intelligence or people skills of any kind. GT lets the hard-working people with experience and knowledge go, and they bring in new people that have no idea what they are doing. Creates a dynamic of distrust, frustration, and contention.
