Pros

Great benefits, thought they were starting to get less so as time went on. Support and floor people care.

Cons

HR began to drive the company and management gained bloated ego's that focused more on what degree people had instead of the talents people brought to the table. The voice of the employee was lost when I left. I have had both my best experience as a working professional and my worst experience while working with this company, sadly I hear the trend continued in the wrong direction.
