Pros
Non management personnel are great to work with, individually and in projects. I would call them all professional in every aspect, as they are all trying to do the right thing..
Cons
1) Upper Management, who does not have a clue of the daily activities that are required to complete work. Individuals are expected to continually improve, but not given the time to implement the improvements. 2) HR runs the company. If you do not get along with them - watch out! 3) Upper Management encourages conflict at the Senior Level and does not think that strategy is their role, but should come from the conflicting Senior Managers. So, my question - who's steering the ship?
