Pros
Family owned business with traditionally good products, low risk and financially stable to weather some business storms
Cons
Lots of changes but not to the benefit of the company, only to individuals advantage. New products development take for ever. Management is only hesitating and not making decisions. HR plays the most influential role, CEO is not visible and does not know what is going on in his company. Be careful of HR's unethical behaviour, it starts with discrediting.
