Senior leadership incapable of leading anything, HR has no ethics. Poor employee attitudes, zero teamwork. Employees spend to time much creating drama. Department managers that are inept. HR and union officials are a little to friendly.And did I mention rules, rules and more rules can't even keep track anymore.
