      Pros

      Community is important to Greenheck. Lots of volunteer opportunities and involvement.

      Cons

      HR never seems to know what's going on. Constant turnover in that area making it really frustrating when you need to have them do something for you.

      Pros

      Benefits aren’t bad and some of the people can be pleasant.

      Cons

      If you are outside production, then never expect a raise of more than 3-5% annually, but they expect you to do the job of 4 people.
