      Balance life/work, decent benefits and pay. Paid holidays.

      Cons

      Difficult to get a salary raise, bad medical insurance. No xmas bonus.

      Pros

      Benefits aren’t bad and some of the people can be pleasant.

      Cons

      If you are outside production, then never expect a raise of more than 3-5% annually, but they expect you to do the job of 4 people.
