Pros
I have been in the solar industry going on five years now and have been working for Greenspire for little under a year with the operations team. I enjoy coming into work daily to work with such talented coworkers who feel as strongly and passionately as I do to help people save on lowering the cost of their utility bills in a clean, environmentally, friendly and sustainable manner. The solar industry is always evolving with new products and technology so being able to adapt to change and take it in stride can sometimes be challenging but also very rewarding and fulfilling. Greenspire has set my collages and me with the right tools and resources to succeed both on a personal and professional level. Management and leadership always have an open-door policy and encourage feedback on all processes from all levels of employees. I feel my colleagues and I all have a healthy work-life balance and enjoy one another's company. All employees receive five days of sick pay and one week of vacation is earned after the first year of employment. Medical, vision and dental care are available after 90 days of employment. We have team nights regularly and an end of the year holiday party. We all work hard and play harder on the ping pong table located at our new headquarters in Santa Monica. I highly recommend Greenspire to anyone looking to get into the solar industry. I invite all of you reading this to work for a solar company who thinks outside of the box and works more effectively and efficiently than the other solar companies I have worked for in the past.
