Not enough pay and bait switching. The positive reviews are likely fake as they ask you to give good feedback on the job 🙄 They say it's not based on "qoutas" but it basically is always threatening to take away your hours and termination. You're just a number here they don't care about how good you perform if you have one bad day or week the threats & write ups start coming in. The crazy part is its not your fault & you can be doing your job reading the script as you are to but it's like they want you to magically control the customer on the phone so they don't hang up... completely ridiculous 🙄 NO ONE HAS CONTROL OVER WHO WILL HANG UP OR NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR THR STRESS. wiggidy wack.
