Pros

Good people - culture used to resemble the old brewery but that was changing when I left. Solid folks all around for the most part but a lot of beat around the bush communication - hard to really tell whats going on or even why.

Cons

Sales manager would verbally abuse us and it was kind of seen as normal, other managers knew it so I'd imagine HR did it. I tolerated it because I was in my 20s and didnt know any better but now.....I don't think I'd walk quietly. Give you a hint, he has short spikey hair and I'm pretty sure he is still employed there. What does that tell you?
