      Good learning on your own. Good Environment.

      Cons

      There is no one to tell you how to do the work, no documentation nor helping hand , plus politics played at every level. No one to see if the work is done or when the work done is good enough or not. Long working hour without any goal to make project really successful. Slow in implementing things and adopting new technologies.
