Pros

Company invests money in their training, software, marketing, etc. You know that if you need help with company policies or procedures you have the resources. They also have the best (quality) and most (quantity) number of buildings. If you value this, it is great to work in a beautiful high rise of the city. Best pro of all - they offer the BEST benefits package and salaries. That is probably why many seek to join their team as you know you have everything to help keep you grounded and living safe financially.

Cons

Growth within the company is very limited and many employees that have been "promoted within" have worked years and years to get there. You can work in many other (or smaller) mgmt companies and if you have the skills and leadership to move up, you will have better luck with them. They also love to hire new people from out of state or steal from other companies rather than promote within. They NEED to invest in their current employees and believe they have the leadership and skill to move into their next position. They also cultivated a culture of favoritism in the corporate office meaning if you are not loved by the Regionals or Directors you can say bye to getting the growth that you want.

Pros

They pay you well and give good benefits.

Cons

They will work you to the bone, abuse you emotionally, manipulate you, talk down on you, and throw you out the moment you aren’t taking any of it. They work you your normal hours and then 30-50 overtime hours in that same two weeks. They don’t care for their employees well being, only the results they get the client. Even if it’s at the expense of your health, safety, or mental status. Management is like a giant frat and sorority opened a business. You can’t ask for help they’ll retaliate, you can’t ask for relief or they’ll retaliate, you can’t have issues otherwise they’ll retaliate. Do not work here even for the money or benefits, they will work you to death and then prop your corpse up to work more. If you value your personal time, mental health, and over all well being. God forbid you want to leave your building and management doesn’t want you to, ask for a transfer and they will rain down write ups on you. You are owned by the client if you work for this company. Modern day indentured servitude. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM.
