Pros
- Co-workers (80+% of them) tend to care and are the sole reason people stick around here - Benefits Package is pretty good (gets better the longer you are with the company, cannot speak to 1-3 years with company).
Cons
- Promotions are not based on merit, they're more focused on saving money or getting a friend a job (sadly the norm for many companies). I have been asked to train people that got a promotion I applied for after not getting the job on more than one occasion. More times than I can count I have gone to help get a property caught up that I applied at and did not get the position. - Low Pay - Little/No Support - you are at the mercy of whoever your regional manager is. In my experience, I have had 2 out of 7 that were worth a darn. - General disconnect between corporate and property level employees. - Bad employees are left on teams far too long, everyone needs to be given multiple chances (I guess this is a pro if you like to get drunk/stoned on the job and screw around with residents or other employees).
