Upper management not recognizing hard working employees. Overworked, underpaid with no growth within the company..don't believe the hype...there is a reason why Greystar has an F rating with the BBB. Whenever there is an issue you will get blamed for it weeks later even if you have not worked on the day of an incident. If you are a minority ..BEWARE! You can work very hard and will not get promoted while a Caucasian American with less experience is hired for a higher position. Too much micro-managing with no leadership skills, insulted on a daily basis and it is very possible that you will be fired after months - years of working like a slave. Not too many people of color working in the corporate office , only in the lower positions such as maintenance or a leasing agent.... a few assistant property managers as " a cover up " but they do not last long.
