Pros
It's the largest company in the industry, so very well known to have on your resume. You'll also meet some amazing people here. The company has general competitive salaries. The benefit package is fairly good.
Cons
The department you work in is only as good as the leadership. The company is good, but it (like any large company) has some very poor leaders in some areas. I can honestly say the worst supervisor in my entire career was here at Greystar, and there was simply nothing I could do about it. I have never been treated the way I was treated here (with over 20 years in the industry), and I will never allow myself to be treated that way ever again.
