Pros
Tons of room for growth, I have been at 4 properties in 4 years! I love my RPM and all that he's taught me in the past 5 months at my new property. Once a year events are fun, we have some awesome benefits for 401k and healthcare (and supper cheap)! Love working for Greystar!
Cons
On-boarding training! Depending on whos above you you can get all the help and knowledge you need or they'll let you sink or swim (I swam thankfully) but the training needs to be in depth even if its just LMS courses!!!!! Train TRAIN Train these new team members.
