Pros
- Pay is good if you work at a community with good commission structure. - Flexible schedule - Multiple locations if you wish to move/transfer
Cons
- Too big for it's own good. They cannot tell their left from the right. Several new programs introduced with inadequate training, no follow up, and then the new program will be removed. - Senior management only cares about client relationships. If the owner/client of the community is happy and making money, then nothing else matters. Employees come last. - Unqualified managers with no accountability. RPMs do not visit properties often, and have little idea of what happens on a day-to-day basis. Managers come and go as they please, never walk property or apartments. - Managers forge audits to pass reports. Most files are a disaster. - Little to no room for advancement with no support for training to grow. Empty promises on growth. - Company cares about being the "biggest" but fails to be the best for it's employees.
