Pros
1. Pay is most definitely competitive but you'll have to sell your soul to the devil 2. The company allows for it's employees to get overtime(There are dishonest people that take advantage of OT and don't actually work but instead waste time with personal matters) 3. If you desperately need a job, Greystar will hire anyone!
Cons
Greystar will over work you to the bone until they have sucked you dry. There is no structure, no expectations, no consideration for other employees, none the less their residents(whom by the way are the reason we have jobs). Employees do whatever they want, on their personal phones all day, shopping on company PC's and no motivation to work with other team members. Moral is way down and any suggestions I've ever given were always ignored or shut down by management because they just don't care. Unprofessional staff members who don't follow through and no support system or leadership from upper management whatsoever. I had high hopes and expected a "TEAM" atmosphere but was deceived. I quickly cought on to how unprofessional staff was and how gossip and personal time was what was most important and motivated this office. If you like to be given lunch breaks and have a tiny bit of peace and serenity for atleast 30 minutes, which legally you are entitled to, don't come to this company because they like to live on the edge and break labor laws all day! I can honestly say I was NOT happy or proud to represent this organization or anything it stands for.
