Abusive treatment from staff is deemed a non issue. Management has no clue what they are doing or how to handle HR related issues. Poor pay. Extremely disorganized. Violating laws constantly. Discrimination is common place by management due to age and rage. Very stressful, not due to tasks but due to harassment and drama.
