Pros
Benefits, days off, sick days, SOME properties have great work life balance
Cons
Non owned Greystar properties are a mess. They do not follow any of the contracts that Greystar has in place. Upper management is HORRIBLE! Very cliquey and will do anything to protect their bad behavior. Do not follow SOP’s. Only enforce the rules when the rules benefit them. Greystar employees need to Unionize and protect themselves. There’s a horrible pay gap from property to property for the exact same jobs and they reprimand you if you discuss this with any other staff member (highly illegal!!!). Avoid this company not even worth the head ache. God forbid you’re at a property that sells, they will wait until last minute to place you and put you at a horrible property completely out of your way with worse pay.
