The team was totally unprofessional in my case. My colleague, after only 3 days with me (during my second week of onboarding) started disrespecting me and testing my knowledge in the middle of the office. A total bully. At the end of the third week, I was laid off for "underperformance." My access and equipment took 1 week to become available. They took almost 3 months to repay the commute costs I incurred during my first weeks of work. In my case, the person responsible for my onboarding refused to train me on how to use the system (Yardi) and took every opportunity to blame me for everything.
