Pros
the peers you work with are very friendly and nice. It’s literally the only plus side. If you’re unhappy and you express it enough they will pay you more money.
Cons
1. The office is dated and gross. 2. The managing shareholder is an psycho who does not know how to manage a team. Demands employees to come in/stay during inclement weather however she is home, safe and warm. The office is a revolving door of staff. Everyone wonders how a select few people have been at the firm for 7+ years. 3. PTO/ Sick time are terrible. You get questioned heavily why you’re requesting off or out sick 4. Only 2 work from home days allotted per year per the “updated” employee handbook. But certain employees get better privileges than others and work from home exclusively.
