Pros
There weren't any pros, genuinely.
Cons
The turnover rate is extremely high, they would rather replace someone than treat them with respect and pay a little more money. Wages are bad, culture is bad, morale is worse.
Expect to receive little to no training and be verbally lashed when you make a mistake. Even if the mistake was because of a lack of training/you not knowing better. Hesitate to ask questions, too many and that's a problem.
People come and go, some last a week, some last a month, a few last a year. Longer than that? Unicorns. Management is unhappy, for what reason? Who knows, maybe from working there, maybe personally, but it shows, and if you're the closest person available you will be on the receiving end of the unhappiness.
Like other reviews on here, you can expect no work or so much there is no way to keep up. This isn't a place that rewards good work or hard work, it rewards your ability to sit down, shut up, and toe the party line.
Save yourself the trouble, you can get similar experience for more pay and less stress. Not even as an internship, go work at McDonalds, your prospects are better there.
