This is an AMAZING place to work. Since day one I have always been learning and experiencing new areas of accounting. Coming from a job where I was told to do the same repetitive task, at Griffin they introduce you to new diverse areas at work. Any new task that has been given to me has always come with support from my peers and managers. Everyone here wants you to succeed and improve each day. Company culture has been one of the best things about working here, between monthly Happy hours, fun competitions at ping pong or pool and coordinated charity events, makes it a great place to belong too.
