Pros

The company has great work/life balance. All levels in the company listen to each other and are reliable. Great opportunities to learn and advance your career in HR if you want to widen your scope of industries and company sizes that you work for. Love the remote environment, can do work anywhere. No Micromanagement. Flexible.

Cons

You NEED to have time management skills and the ability to hold yourself accountable.

Pros

Griffin Resources is a company built on strong relationships, integrity, and a genuine commitment to serving its clients. One of the best aspects of working here is the dedication of the team. People show up every day because they truly care about the clients and the impact they make. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and focused on delivering exceptional results. Leadership encourages accountability, innovation, and professional growth while empowering employees to make meaningful contributions. The organization values expertise and teamwork, creating an environment where employees feel respected and appreciated.

Cons

Not really a con, however a trade off on work/life balance: As with any growing organization, there are times when priorities shift quickly to meet client needs, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Pros

Supportive team environment, approachable leadership, great culture, opportunities to learn and take on new responsibilities, and employees are trusted to do their jobs without micromanagement. The company encourages collaboration, and everyone is willing to help where needed. The work environment is professional while still being enjoyable and engaging.

Cons

Hard to find any real cons. As a growing company, there are often opportunities to get involved in projects outside your core responsibilities, which can be a positive for someone who enjoys learning and contributing across different areas of the business. You just need to be adaptable and open to processes evolving and improving as the company continues to grow.
