      Pros

      The hours are flexible and you are able to choose your schedule, and the clients you get to work with.

      Cons

      I felt very misled with the job description and compensation. The offer initially included "case management" compensation however when I began working none of the case management responsibilities I had to complete "qualified" (including phone calls, documentation, and filing). I ended up making less than minimum wage when adding all the hours I put into the job, which was very frustrating.

      Amazing Teamwork, Goal Oriented Training, Leadership Support, Intensive Training, Room for Promotion, Leadership takes feedback and criticism.

      Cons

      Could be difficult for some to deal with the emotional needs of the client and can be a lot to handle.

      Flexibility, office space, decent referral source, pays out whether insurance does or not.

      Cons

      Horrible communication from upper management, broken promises about changes in the company, no benefits, session reimbursement rates are low, secondhand/broken furniture, mismatched decor, overall looks like it came out of a thrift store.
