Big Los Angeles campus, a lot of available parking, easy access to be able to jump onto the freeway, no actual “job related” pros.
Cons
Low pay compared to other companies in the industry, some day to day operations still compare to practices done in the 80’s. Work ethic is not valued here, superiors and leads are quick to throw individuals under the bus to save themselves, no type of team environment, cameras onsite are used to monitor every single move you make even to keep track of your moves while you are on your “breaks” or “lunch”. Turnaround time for new employees to leave are really fast. Employees are constantly looking to leave for better pharmaceutical companies that actually value their employees. Manufacturing Departments are the only departments valued and taken care of, Inventory Control (Material Handling) personnel are treated like the bottom of the barrel employees and get no type of recognition!
