Horrible Upper Management - Accounts Payable Grifols Employee Review

Big corporate mentality that runs with "sweatshop" tactics. HR has no clue when dealing with associate problems. Absolutely no work life balance here. They will squeeze every minute out of you...even if it means NOT paying you for it. A/P department is overworked with a many internal problems. The Senior managers are the biggest problem. Run, don't walk from a position in the A/P Dept.
