Business Outlook
Pros
Although this is a for profit company, it makes life saving medications. It's great that we are helping the donors make extra money as well as saving lives with the medications made from plasma. The growth ability with this company is awesome, there is always room to grow and make more money.
Cons
The company is open 7 days a week and when we are short staffed we have to work harder and longer hours to keep up. The turnover rate is not great.
