Pros
The donors and some of coworkers were nice. I enjoyed performing physicals.
Cons
At the center t o there was a lot of favoritism. If you were flirty, and kissed up to management , then you got promoted, did not matter if you were qualified or not. The CMS with more seniority and with leadership background was overlooked for the young flirty kissing up person. I refuse to work under these circumstances. I worked for 2 years under current management,. The current management never has any nice thing to say about anyone working at this center. You are required to stand 8 hours daily. CMSs are required to cover any and all jobs, that is if you ar not the favorite. That person has not been trained , but CMSs that have been there less time are fully trained to work all areas. So I guess it pays to be flirty and kiss up.
