Pros

- For all the time I've worked here, I've really enjoyed going in to the office even on days I'm allowed WFH - if that doesn't speak to the vibe of people and culture... - Extremely diverse company, very international. - Plenty of opportunities to explore within the role - the world is quite the oyster. Supportive manager and team never delimit imagination, although resources could at times stymie progress. - Love the events and appreciate the efforts taken to bringing everyone together. They are rather well-organized and make me feel included. - The recognition wall is a good touch!

Cons

- Need more of a decentralized working governance. I feel a lot of the decisions are forced to funnel through the Corporate in Spain before being finalized. While I understand the need for regulatory compliance in a pharma set-up, the unfortunate consequence is the lag in implementation, which consequently affects the role outcomes. - Could adopt more technological innovation and advancement - I'd love more cross-collaboration and visibility into various teams of the company. Right now, there are siloed.

Pros

Good for phlebotomy experience Meet interesting people Learn to keep plates spinning Good health benefits, but not enough to outweigh the health impacts Learn working in a high-stress fast-paced work environment

Cons

Have to unlearn working in a high-stress fast-paced work environment High school drama and toxicity, management is the prom king/queen Cliquey dramatic management team Reneged agreements Playing favorites, rules for thee but not for me Private employee info gets spread, often by those who are relied upon to keep it private No work life balance or boundaries, and it's an admitted and perpetually unaddressed fault Have to be made to feel guilty for wanting to leave production, get a break, or go to the bathroom High turnover "Is everyone else working as hard as I am?",-Everyone, and eventually you
