Pros

Family owned, genuine people, and the company puts a lot of trust in their employees. I was fortunate enough to receive a job offer from the beverage division my very last day of college. It was the best decision I have made and I cannot tell you how many of my friends and family members have told me how lucky I am to have obtained such a amazing position in a great company at my age. My college actually uses my story as a success story within the agriculture business school. Grimmway is a very respected farm in the California agricultural industry. Very proud to be apart of it.

Cons

Some of the challenges I would say is that we don't get to see all of our team members often. However, we manage to support each other through weekly conference calls and getting together at event as much as possible.

Pros

Nice building. Clean. Good bathroom. Private cubicles. That's it.

Cons

Accounting manager was insane. She treated employees like sweatshop slaves, yelling at them for any minuscule detail she did not agree with and would belittle them even in front of the entire unit. Nothing was ever good enough and she would have an employee blast your name to the entire unit anytime you made a mistake on a certain spreadsheet to humiliate you. She loved humiliating employees and making them feel small. She was literally the worst supervisor and that was the worst job I've ever experienced in my 30 years of working as an adult. Also, no one was ever allowed to talk unless they were talking to her about work. It was so quiet in there all the time you could hear a pin drop because everyone was too afraid to make a peep and upset her and deal with her wrath. Because of the hostility she created, no one ever got to know each other. There was zero morale. You had to legally take your lunch, but you better not be at your desk until your lunch was over because if she saw you, she would ask why your work wasn't done yet and make you start working, and breaks were not allowed. You couldn't even breathe without her approving it first. So no one could talk and you worked the entire time except when eating your lunch. Everyone hates it there, but they stay for a paycheck, which isn't that great either. This place pays way less than other businesses for the same job.
