Good benefits package and salary. Car allowance. Good communication between sales team.

Sales representatives were not encouraged to share their opinions and were scolded when making recommendations to mid-level management about how to improve strategy. None of the American reps or managers had ever been to Canada to scope out the new territory and made some questionable decisions regarding which products to launch here. Market research and insight from these reps was shot down and considered as "telling them how to do their jobs". We also had no budget for hiring brand ambassadors so had to do all weekend and evening demos ON TOP of our 7am-3pm schedule.
