Drive to treat customers how they want to be treated. Not a cookie cutter, one fits all approach. Customers are to a high percentage Farmers, contractor, business owners and easy to work with. Each day offers great variety! Few meetings. Outside co workers are nice group. It is really very easy to work independently to get job done. They do not micromanage workday!
