Great teammates and some managers are good but most are under qualified and do not deserve the job.

Cons

No profit sharing, raises are not good, so many open jobs making it very stressful, very liberal company, does not support their employees just out for themselves. If you want to be under paid, stressed out, over worked this job is for you!!

Great culture, wonderful management, co workers, agents and insureds. Easy to learn computer systems, everything you need to succeed. Great benefits. They allow remote work. Leadership is heading the right way!

Cons

They took away the field positions, so you have to ask people for pictures for everything.
