Short chain of command. Flexabilty

Cons

Very inconsistent between all the claims departments and management levels. Behind in technology for field staff while in the field. Training is poor if need additional. Field staff doesn't write estimates just takes photos so very under utilized

Great culture, wonderful management, co workers, agents and insureds. Easy to learn computer systems, everything you need to succeed. Great benefits. They allow remote work. Leadership is heading the right way!

Cons

They took away the field positions, so you have to ask people for pictures for everything.
