I have been very pleased with this company. Their benefits are good, just before inflation they gave a salery boost to match the increase with everything. Good training. They care for their employees.

Cons

White I got the intial boost in salary, there has really been a yearly review, and it doesn't look like there is a raise this year, which is a bit disheartening.

Great culture, wonderful management, co workers, agents and insureds. Easy to learn computer systems, everything you need to succeed. Great benefits. They allow remote work. Leadership is heading the right way!

Cons

They took away the field positions, so you have to ask people for pictures for everything.
