Salary is fairly decent there.

Cons

too many politics, calling them out on areas where they're lacking will definitely get you terminated. I wouldn't want anyone to work there. HR lied under oath during an investigation and to the state. No honesty whatsoever.

Great culture, wonderful management, co workers, agents and insureds. Easy to learn computer systems, everything you need to succeed. Great benefits. They allow remote work. Leadership is heading the right way!

Cons

They took away the field positions, so you have to ask people for pictures for everything.
