CEO that shows great concern for all employees, open door to management, wellness center, health center, forward thinking, financially and talent strong, company of entrenched core values. No better work/life balance acheivable

Cons

Rural location makes it more difficult for them to recruit talent, used to have dreary cafeteria in a basement which has now been rebuilt in sunlight

Great culture, wonderful management, co workers, agents and insureds. Easy to learn computer systems, everything you need to succeed. Great benefits. They allow remote work. Leadership is heading the right way!

Cons

They took away the field positions, so you have to ask people for pictures for everything.
