Grinnell Mutual offers a great working atmosphere. The people are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It feels like there is a community rather than just coworkers.

Cons

You need to meet yearly goals to qualify for raises, but the goals changed once you accomplished them. This made it impossible to get a raise.

Great culture, wonderful management, co workers, agents and insureds. Easy to learn computer systems, everything you need to succeed. Great benefits. They allow remote work. Leadership is heading the right way!

Cons

They took away the field positions, so you have to ask people for pictures for everything.
