Pros

This company has honest management and is headed in the right direction in most areas. It did have a record profit year and has a good company rating. They also do a decent job of continued education.

Cons

I have several friends that share my same title in other companies in the Des Moines area, which is only about an hour from Grinnell. I know for certain that in each case Grinnell seems to be about 5k low on their salary scale.

Pros

Great culture, wonderful management, co workers, agents and insureds. Easy to learn computer systems, everything you need to succeed. Great benefits. They allow remote work. Leadership is heading the right way!

Cons

They took away the field positions, so you have to ask people for pictures for everything.
