Pros

Relatively flexible scheduling. If you do your work and show up it's pretty chill and there are opportunities for a small raise and more responsibility.

Cons

No employee discounts, no benefits, no paid holidays, understaffed, unpaid lunch breaks. Also constant surveillance, some passive aggression, lack of transparency and access to leadership. The usual stuff. Closed mouths don't get fed mentality.

Pros

Nearby, always had mandated breaks. Had a close friend death occur and recieved immediate time off and support from one manager.

Cons

Very little training given, minor mistakes at other companies equal write-ups here, inefficient retraining, and 2/3rds of upper management ignoring me and acting immature for my final week because I quit
