      The Classes In CA are very good

      As a store manager for Grocery Outlet I consider my experience at Grocery outlet is a Huge step back in may Career I regret it. *no training, no system in place, lack of communication, bad investment, horrible district managers that lack common sense, disrespectful, unhealthy work environment

      Pros

      Nearby, always had mandated breaks. Had a close friend death occur and recieved immediate time off and support from one manager.

      Cons

      Very little training given, minor mistakes at other companies equal write-ups here, inefficient retraining, and 2/3rds of upper management ignoring me and acting immature for my final week because I quit
