      Team oriented environment that allows you to keep a good work life balance

      Cons

      Bad management at Starwood, WA franchise. Owners threatened to fire employees over sharing their wages with one another. (It’s illegal to retaliate over employees sharing wages with each other)

      Pros

      Nearby, always had mandated breaks. Had a close friend death occur and recieved immediate time off and support from one manager.

      Cons

      Very little training given, minor mistakes at other companies equal write-ups here, inefficient retraining, and 2/3rds of upper management ignoring me and acting immature for my final week because I quit
