      It's a growing company that has a great business template. I'm working with good people who strive to keep the company successful.

      Cons

      With the growth of the company some employees are scared or confused of why there has to be changes. Change is not always embraced by everyone and there are employees that have long tenure who aren't excited about it

      Employee will get good snacks

      Cons

      1.Poor BT leadership management - Toxic environment ,IT leadership members lacking key skills ( technical and leadership) 2.Employees demotivated or moral impacted on frequent leadership and internal changes 3. Business not value IT resources and work as team 4.HR needs to act independently without IT leadership influence while taking any kind of decisions 5. No work life balance 6. No motivation for hard working employees 7. No employee orientation or inclusion approach .
