The disconnect between the owners, management, and staff is like nothing I've ever seen. There are no clear expectations, poor communication, the managers dont really do managerial duties because the owners make everything go through them, some people can get away with anything, and then some just get written up with no verbal warning in advance. Majority of the staff is miserable
