Pros
Groove's Culture! Groove is a company that openly cares about the individuals that work for them. I have worked at multiple companies that like to state that you are part of a 'Family" and when you start working for them you realize very quick that is not the case. Groove truly treats you like family, especially if you work hard, be a team player, try your best, do what's right, and are willing to learn from mistakes and build on what you do right. I genuinely enjoy coming into work and can't describe how great it is to work for a company that values you as a person and not a number. The People! I do have to say my favorite part about Groove is the people I work with. They really feel like family, and I have made life long friends that will drop everything to be there for you, whether it be work or your personal life. Groove truly nurtures an environment that you can be yourself and work to your strengths to become your best self. I also value that Groove instills a can-do philosophy in the work space. They are always striving to becoming a better company for our customers and their employees. They have an unwritten open door policy to talk anyone from the C levels management and down, about ideas, questions, or request to help our customers have a better experience, and how we can make Groove a better place to work and do our jobs better. The Office! The office space is amazing! One of my favorite things about the office (besides the people ha) is the gym that you can use 24/7. The gym includes Cable Machines, Peloton Bikes, Barbells with Bumper plates, kettlebells, row machines, yoga mats among many other pieces of equipment. They also provide a locker room with showers so you can start your mornings off with a work out. In the office they also provide a massage therapist, quiet rooms, and two loaded snack bars with drinks, lunch options, and tons of snacks. The office location is great as well as its centrally located in Salt Lake County. All in all, Groove is a great place to work, and I truly want other people looking for a career to experience what it feels like to work for such a great company.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of anything.
