Groove maintains a strong set of morals and ethics to do right by the customer at all costs. We go above and beyond to ensure healthy and positive long term customer relations.

Cons

Small-medium size company growing fast experiencing some growing pains organizationally. Nothing outside the standard expectation for any company in a similar situation. We are growing fast and continuously developing.

Instead of accruing paid time off, just have time from the get go.

Pros: Great place to gain field experience and build your career. Employees also receive $250 in Motivosity bucks for customer 5-star reviews that mention them by name.

Cons

Cons: Technician concerns are brushed off, overtime issues are common, and finishing work early doesn’t mean you can leave without CFO approval. Leadership joked in company meetings about sending underperforming sales staff to work as technicians, and AI-edited photos of technicians dressed as women were shared and mocked publicly in Slack and quarterly meetings.
