Pros

Catered lunch, decent benefits, cell phone and gym stipend

Cons

This is not a hot pre IPO company. Someone may eventually acquire the product but xAd is not sustainable. Why? Hiring Friends of executives can be part of an accounting fraud scandal and be hired with open arms. Says a lot about strategic hiring and putting the right people in place to get the company to the next phase. Horrible leaders are hired and great leaders either quit or get fired for voicing any kind of opinion or not adhering to conformity. Management Young or inexperience managers leading regions. If you've been with the company for a long time it’s assumed you’re management material. Most managers are better as employees and not leading teams. Others skate by hoping no one will notice they are imbeciles. Those in the lower rungs know these managers are terrible. Executives Gross. Morally terrible and lacking ethics. Inquire about the intricate happenings at HQ and you’ll see what I mean. Morally bankrupt. Marketing is ok. Product Weak. Great ideas but poorly executed. Definitely not the next Google or Facebook, more like the sad asinine distant cousin. "Brand safety” is the shiny new thing to win advertising dollars and alleviate the on going financial struggles. Culture/Pillars Despite having a "culture team" there really is no culture. No one can really define xAd culture but claims it exists. The mantra DTR (Disruptive, Transparent, Relentless) is a complete lie. Especially the T, NO TRANSPARENCY what so ever. This applies to employees and clients. Dear clients, the constant product/pricing releases is to give you a shiny new toy to be pacified by. If you look close it’s all smoke and mirrors. You must thank marketing for this, they rock!

Pros

Remote, great benefits, FTO, low pressure

Cons

Big team, both in US and overseas, did not match the workload. Was laid off in 2023 due to company overestimating their value and offshoring jobs. They did salary scale after 1-2 months after starting, changed their compah bonus structure towards the end to allow only provide towards "high performing individuals". Company unclear on their direction nor were transparent on state of affairs even though they claimed full transparency.
